Thanks for the clarification. The securities lawsuit was only just filed on December 1st in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Are you suggesting that this action should already be resolved? Anyone can read the filing, look at the publicly available evidence, and consult their own judgement to form an opinion about where this is going, but we will have to await a final determination after the proper legal processes have played out.
