Just read this nonsense on stocktwits:

$PHIL MYSN has another filing out as of yesterday that is GAAP audited. Provided by 3rd party. Last we read PHIL had holdings in MYSN and they recently sold the position to become consultants for MYSN.

Myson was abandoned. Some dude petitioned the State of Nevada to assume ownership and got control. Cleaned it up and sold it to some other dude. Now its a shell waiting to become something. Along the way it did a 1 for 10,000 split leaving big PHIL with a whopping 91 shares. Does PHIL still own the 91 shares? Who knows, it doesn't make SEC filings any more so we can't tell. PHIL is most certainly not a consultant for MYSN. LOL!!! And the MYSN filing? Not audited. Why say it is?
