It takes about 2 minutes DD to notice these "accomplishments". No special knowledge required.

1. Stock down 98.75 % from .016 several years ago.
2. Booted from Pink to grey/expert. Where stocks go to die.
3. 18 months delinquent financials. Investors left in the dark.
4. Risk of SEC Revocation due to severe delinquency.
5. Share structure info 8 months stale. Dilution? Toxic Financing?

... it seems like you know more than the average person to come to that conclusion...
