I believe that the site plans have been in place for months. Site plans are easy but getting the building dept. signoff may take a bit longer since so many departments are running at staffing shortages. Covid, RSV ( virus ) and holiday's .
I personally wanted the Pulaski Township project to move forward since it had buildings in place but it appears that the property owners were clowns. Vassar Township is very pro POT. I guess better than corn fields but who cares.
Mgt. must get this PPS out of the swamp before Christmas to keep our interest / enthusiasm and to be able to build a strong shareholder support base going into 2023 !!!!
The good news is that the HERO will not have to pay taxes for yrs. w/ all of the TAX LOSS CARRY FORWARDS on the balance sheets.
I believe that mgt. has a long term plan but must Rome burn before the 1st pot is grow/ processed/ sold and smoked. ?
We need a few big lot/block ASK hits.
