The big blow came in May. How can they prove where the stock would have been at for damages? i can see citadel easily arguing NWBO did not promote the stock, no press releases. A lot of the selling action was due to automatic stop losses.
Spoofing is illegal and I believe they can prove it easily, however, that might just be looking at a fine. A drop in the bucket compared to the money they made. Now as a show of force they cap the stock. I am very surprised journal did not move SP. Again, the silence of the company i think is partially to blame. I am praying its due to some type of B/O. The only think to move the SP now is ability to generate income, which means manufacturing and approvals. No reddit ape miracle, no squeeze. JMO
