What it means is that they think they have/will have made more money manipulating than it’s going to cost them in a settlement. Happens all the time. Hopefully they are wrong and nwbo nails their asses to the wall for more than they can handle.


That is why I am suggesting the TRO and the threat of CRIMINAL contempt for failure to comply and the possibility of jail time (even in a civil lawsuit).
