Looks like it's real, else ENZC might want to get a legal team involved.

Digital Journal cites PR Underground which lists Robert Grant from InHealth Media as a press contact. There's also this line:

For more information, email pr@nutrapr.com or visit enzolytics.com.

And nutrapr.com redirects to inhealthmedia.com. InHealth Media is affiliated with OneLavi.

For cross reference, Robert Grant with the same phone number is listed as the PR contact for an unrelated company's product being introduced on OneLavi:

Here's some further reading on InHealth Media and OneLavi:

Investors may be frustrated to see such a PR, and it's weird ENZC used an obscure channel, but don't shoot the messenger. As best as I can tell this PR is legit.

From https://enzolytics.com/company-news on Nov. 16:

"The Company’s nutritional supplement IPF Immune™ will be available in the U.S. market this month."

“In the coming months, we will be working hard promoting IPF Immune™ to consumers and retailers,”

"Available" makes me think they finally received a shipment, but still have nothing in place and/or no interested retail to actually sell. That or they still don't even have inventory. It's anybody's guess since they're not communicating.

By vaguely saying "available" and because there exists a new PR with a timeline of "coming months", ENZC's trail is covered even if investors are unhappy with the level of performance they see.
