Big dollar insider buying is big time for investor sentiment for sure. I don't know that his buying now precludes any event taking place this month. Normally yes. But my hunch has been ever since the ASM date was set for the very last work day of the year 12/30/22, is that they are giving as much time as they can for an event to take place, the timing of which is out of management's control. In that situation, I assume there is no insider buying conflict with insider information.

My rainbow thought on his buy also is he has a desire to gift long term great investments to his grandchildren and great grandchildren some day, at a super low cost basis.
