Jury has reached a verdict in Trump Organization criminal tax fraud trial
A Manhattan jury has reached a verdict in the criminal tax fraud trial of two Trump Organization entities.
The Trump Corp. and Trump Payroll Corp. have been charged with criminal tax fraud and falsifying business records connected to a 15-year scheme to defraud tax authorities by failing to report and pay taxes on compensation for top executives. Donald Trump and his family have not been charged in this case.
The verdict will be read in court shortly. No cameras are allowed in the courtroom.
