I do agree there’s companies trading that have more risk. That’s a given.

But do those companies have a current proceeding in place against them?

Any that were suspended by the OIP generation, then had the CE put on the very next day - where it remains to this day? With the same OIP in force against it? And the Board reviewing a PFR against the ID?

Any companies like that out there, trading in US markets?
