The issue with their marketing approach, one of them, has always been their refusal to acknowledge that no one wants to buys software for computer protection in an ala carte fashion. There's no demand whatsoever to buy a separate anti-keylogging thing and an anti-virus thing, etc., these are not retail stand-alone products.

They probably should have sold their first three offerings, assuming they work well, to a company like Norton for addition to a suite of protection that can be installed all at once.

Anyone who didn't run for the exits when they were "selling" on HSN has only themselves to blame. And that includes me. They insist on a marketing plan that was designed to sell appliances in the late 20th century.
