Well, Jerry is an insider. He can’t trade (in this case buy shares) on material inside information.

So he’s either out of the loop on any pending material matters (possible), or there are no pending material matters, in which there is an entire suite of items we’re waiting to happen.

There are other reasons I don’t like this either, but I swore to remain as positive as possible. They call me Mr. Positive!
