The SEC does not have the personnel and the resources to catch everyone that breaks the rules. But they try to and they do catch them. One at a time.

They caught DBMM. When they’re through with them, they’ll catch more.

But they’re not through yet. Soon, DBMM will pay the price for the delinquent filings they made.

Then it will be on to the next one.
