I have owned/watched this company for 30+ years, was very close to one of the original angel investors who wound up having to take essentially worthless stock for his equity when SC's rosy profit projections failed to materialize. SC and family have poured a lifetime and much money into this and obviously believe there is a pot of gold out there. Whether they intend to share it with the relatively small number of shares outside of family control, I doubt. I see the move to Singapore as an escape from even the nebulous securities laws of the US. I am not sure what their plan is, but with the clarity provided by 30+ years observing their machinations, I am sure they have one.
