Read the clinicaltrials.gov protocol -- the May 18, 2022 version is the first one that even mentions the rGBM OS endpoint. You don't change the SAP until you have a change in the protocol. It was done AFTER the trial was completed. Doesn't matter it if was unblinded.
Data dredge was done post hoc as NONE of the protocols prior to the finish of the trial had any reference to the rGBM OS.
