last year I sent and email on 10/15 to Mr. Klug after two months had gone by without an 8k ... whether a coincidence or direct response an 8K dropped on 10/22.

I just sent another email politely asking for updates pertaining to the operations/functioning of the business..

I don't know about y'all-- the lawsuit progress is great---but I'm more interested in the 980MM contract reve and the details surrounding that publicly disclosed statement.
