Agree with all said on previous post.

TOS "terms of service" is a general rules/laws verbiage of Ihub BUT
it is the responsibilities of the boards MOD and/or Assistant Mod
to maintain good order and discipline within the board "Period"

It's up to the Boards members to do this

"IF" things get out of control meaning the Boards Mods are
"Not" doing their job Ihub"s Mods will "LOCK" up the board and
render judgement upon those instigators
