INTRODUCTION OF HVLN WEEKLY CORNER

Dear Shareholders,

Welcome to The Harvard Learning Centers, Inc., (the “Company”) Weekly Corner. If you recall we had promised you earlier this year that we will try to contact you at last every two weeks with exciting news about the Company. The president has decided that it is time we begin making good on that promise. The Weekly Corner is the culmination of that directive.

We call it weekly because the President of the Company has directed staff, (i.e. me) to send a short note to the loyal shareholders of the Company at least once a week to tell the shareholders where the Company is with respect to various issues which might be of interest to the Shareholders. Yesterday was the first such shareholders update even though we had not yet adopted the name “Weekly Corner”.

Note also that even though the obligation to inform the shareholder is weekly, the President has indicated the he wants the shareholder update to be as often as is practicable (even every day) assuming the Company has news that might be of interest to the shareholders. The plan is to send the update via e-mail to interested shareholders in the early afternoon hours between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. EST. Tomorrow’s topic is an update on where the Company is with respect to the 15c211 process, so stay tuned.
