Given that FUNR is a shell, I would argue that it is not a company. Further, since it has divorced itself from the ticker, "CUBV," even if CUBV were still considered a defunct company, FUNR has no relationship with, or to, CUBV.
It appears to me that by definition, FUNR is not a Company, and as such, they have no obligation to follow the FINRA/OTC requirements relating to "Companies".
Maybe that's what has OTCMarket's nickers in a bunch
