I expect the land deal to close escrow on Monday. Maybe wishful thinking but miracles do happen.
This miracle has been in the making for a long time !!!!
If long term shareholders are to have any faith or positivity this PPS must jump before Christmas and I do not mean a penny or 2 but some serious SHIT !!!
Christmas..... the clock is ticking.
Shareholders will be behind mgt. but we must know/see that their is MEAT ON THE BONE.
Let's see if we close the land deal tomorrow or Tue.
As I noted I had a big chat w/ the Vassar official last week . She is in charge of all POT development in Vassar Township and HERO is all set to go( PERMITS ) Now GO TIME
