Hoskuld, could you or anyone else confirm what I read elsewhere, and can no longer find, that Anavex contracted out the statistical analysis to an appropriate company? That would be virtually the only way a small company could do it.

If so, it is far more reasonable to believe that all the numbers are correct, with the data run through well-tested programs and analysis, than some two-bit j-w (no, I can't expand the abbreviation, just substitute 'arrogant idiot') finding a simple math error. It would also explain the delay in the analysis. For some reason the third-party had delays and it was out of Anavex's hands.
