When one of the top law firms in the United States comes out and says "We have 5 years of hard data.", people are going to sit up and take notice. This should not be taken lightly. Quite the chess move from management since now all eyes are on trading activity.

This move tenderizes the MMs and opens the door to further positive developments. I think the pop associated with manufacturing approval will be decent if the shackles are taken off trading.
