Chiugray, I can tell you from having been through those early years with NWBO that Linda used to be very open when she spoke. But AF matched the NWBO PR releases one for one, even though some of those releases were unrelated to anything management had released. If they reported good news from a trial, AF’s headline read NWBO failed…. Even when the story didn’t really say that. I’m a former reporter so I particularly noticed the lack of fact in his writing, and his need to belittle and used childish bullying techniques. Total lack of professionalism.Management tried several times to refute his articles with a PR only to have him attack again and again. Even the FDA official who headed the analysis safety review committee on the safety examine came out with a statement that there “was no efficacy review” done on trial data in 2014-2015. Still AF’s rude articles where he’d interview doctors in competing trials seemed to gain more attention. It was odd, to say the least. Finally, Linda told us they would go silent unless they had important news. So lots of little but important things did not get PRed after 2015. Then there was the 2015 Phase V attack by unidentified persons who admitted they were short the stock. (a clue to their partisanship, huh…?) They made lots of bogus claims. I read through them “report” very carefully and in one or two instances I only had to read the very large writing typed across the front page to see that the egative claim was totally bogus!
I have a lot of respect for Linda, Les, Dr. Bosch, and the whole team. They are honest people working in a very corrupt world of finance and greed. They are very dedicated to bringing a promising treatment to the cancer fight.
Linda never needed my help to come up with the idea to fight the shorts. She brought on Cofer Black I think in 2016 and he got the ball rolling. I have seen other companies report 5 years of evidence in these types of cases, so I think it must help to show a long period of similar behavior. But I really think the shorts gave management a gift when they selfishly beat the stock down to 38 cents on May 10, when we unveiled astounding data, as some experts have called it. They handed them a gift. And now they will go down. Maybe even away. Hopefully.
