All depends on what, if anything, accompanies that type of trading. Obviously, today's volume should be of no surprise since it is on the back of the biggest release in AVXL company history. However, the trading volume back on the huge spike day in early February 2021 was over 2x the O/S share count at that time and there was no news whatsoever the previous evening or on that morning...

What happens when a stock trades the entire or practically the entire float in one day
From a technical standpoint is it meaningful or not
