Agreed Beach. That was my thought as well and in the comments in my chart yesterday. Once they run out of ammo suppressing the price this will take off. The lawsuit is the best PR and getting more coverage than the JAMA news. It’s on every trader’s Bloomberg terminal. Just waiting for the fireworks now that the fuse is lit.
