I wouldn't worry Jim.... I am 99.99% sure that you will have an opportunity to get 03s, and very likely 02's or lower. Pretty sure they'll drive us into 03s by 10:30 EST this morning...

Charles is obviously sitting on things intentionally and we have no idea when that will change. Based on volume, pps, and the continued push down, it's going to be anytime soon.

- 28 Day test.... Maybe we should call it the 128 day test?
- Where is the IND app? I thought Samsung was to complete mABS to IND within 9 months, and we surpassed that 9 months a while back. I don't believe for a second that they weren't able to get their side done, which would mean that for some reason it's being held up by ENZC...
- Audit? Need say nothing here. If the auditors are still waiting on info from Charles, then he is intentionally sitting on it. I'm actually gonna try reaching out to Gries today to see if they can tell us anything. At least whether or not they are still waiting on info to complete it...
- IPF? Nobody can over promise-under deliver this many times unless it's intentional.

Anyway, point being, the odds are strongly in your favor that you'll get your chance for 03s and likely even 02's & 01's...
