I’m sure Citadel lawyers have done this before but maybe money isn’t the only motivation for NWBO and maybe the case is so clear that there can’t be much of a case to be made for the defendants. Maybe real change is the motivation and telling the story for the public record might be more important than just compensation for losses. This is going to be good.

Perhaps this is meant to serve as justification for the government to take a more active role in national health care, much like what happened in the covid pandemic.

Perhaps this is why ARPA-H, the new health agency was created earlier this year.
