tat, yes, he would need a total of 12mill additional shares to bring him to the 10% mark. He owns 24mill assuming he was the 6mill buyer that would bring him to 30mill plus another 12mill would be needed but in the meantime, there could be another fund or funds that are friends to pick up the remaining 12mill. This is all conjecture on my part. I think he wants to ensure he wins the proxy fight if it plays out that way.
