Wine, I am rooting for you and others here but I have seen the bait, wait and switch game so often it is predictable. So I predict that eventually they will come up with some story that the sellers were not realistic on both options ( which the 10 acre guy was holding paper so that is not true) and they will say they continue to seek opportunities. Why they were not dealing with someone already operating that wanted to sell/merge is beyond me anyway as development from scratch never made sense with black box or not.
