The ONLY way the SEC Commission gets involved in #DBMM is if push comes to shove, and they are FORCED to act. That is NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Years of delaying a simple review? To what end? We already know the answer to that. Vindictive behavior by them so they could save face for their brethren? I have no idea, Do you? It is irresponsible, unacceptable, and inexcusable on their part. They are not being compliant in this matter.
This matter could have been reviewed soon after the hearing, but instead they delayed and delayed and delayed.

In my opinion the SEC Commission will remain on the periphery. By doing so they distance themselves from any wrongdoing. Maybe they act when the CE is removed and #DBMM is trading on the US market? It is anyone's guess what their motives are.

There are no bylaws/rules I am aware of which state the SEC must be involved when this is a matter between the market maker, FINRA, and the OTC. If there are such rules, please state them. In your opinion does not translate fact.

Thanks.
