Management throwing bone to their retail base with lawsuit. It will take 2-5year to get anywhere by that time this will be bankrupt or still chugging along at $0.05 with billion more shares. Sneaky LP doing ASM on Dec 30th and announced that on Thanksgiving holiday, legit companies don't run away in the dark from shareholder responsibility
