I respect your opinion and note that you can make money on these pump and dump scams, but disagree.

Mainly with your example of HCMC.

They are one of the biggest pump and dump dilution scams in the OTC.

They currently have 339 BILLION shares outstanding of 750 BILLION authorized.

Notwithstanding the massive outstanding this company has conducted 5 reverse splits in the last 10 years the last being a complete theft of 20,000 shares to 1.

The total theft of the last 5 reverse splits is 87.5 Million to 1.

Obviously, at 350 Billion shares they will need to conduct another reverse split soon.
