I disagree. It can simply be standard procedure, on part of the note holders. Their moves can be as ill-considered anyone‘s. I watched HCMC note holders dump billions of shares at 0.0001, two years ago, right before it took off to 0.0065. They must have kicked themselves. Selling at 0.0001 is questionable judgement, unless you either paid considerably less, or you expect it to go to no bid. I wouldn’t read too much into those note holders. I‘m not even sure they do much DD.
