IMO, They could have done it months ago. My guess is they are waiting for something related to the other companies they manage and Soleil Farm is a big piece of the puzzle they have in their hidden agenda. Soleil Farm is apparently a big company which would be in a big board like Nasdaq and could tolerate the huge OS SBES currently has and it would be a healthier step to R/S in the right time.
