Nobody, NOBODY, should be happy with what little progress has been made over the past 4 months.

Go back to May 2021 when we were told something really cool was coming soon. And then the early 2022 carrot teasers of “in the coming weeks” and on and on. We were told years ago that MonsterSilk was ready to be mass produced. We have been told repeatedly about increase in demand for samples of their silks. And yet, where it really matters — mass production — we haven’t seen it despite being told for years that metric tons were just around the corner.

2022 has been a series of ups and downs and mixed message resulting in ZERO metric tons. Let’s quit the news is imminent talk and all the BS. 2022 has been a disappointment. There are still 4 weeks in the year to turn it around. But I just don’t see their prediction of 3rd party metric ton production happening anytime soon. Not even in January 2023. We very well could be another year or two away.

Given that GSS seems to be a newly formed entity — brand new just like Prodigy and Spydasilk — it just seems like this whole deal is still in the infancy stage.

I thought we would be a lot farther down the road by now. Things that I feel could have and should have absolutely been accomplished by now are: 1) launch of Spydasilk website; 2) first metric ton of DragonSilk produced; 3) reveal/release of Spydasilk streetwear limited edition products for sale; 4) sales revenue.

The videos in mid-2022 were the highlight of the year. Kim and Jon would probably say the $8M and formation of GSS were. All I know is, if GSS moves at the pace of Prodigy and Spydasilk entities then we are further away than any of us want to be.

Lastly, why is the “company” no longer talking about “nearly pure”? I continue to wonder if the science was faulty and that’s the real reason why the focus of the company was “changed” when we all know the focus never has been changed. A year ago, I thought we’d be at metric ton production by now with Spydasilk streetwear available for sale. The fact that we are not at that point now is a major disappointment. Nobody can disagree that it is a disappointment. Anybody who does lacks credibility. Even Walter Wee figured this venture was headed for NASDAQ. I wonder what he thinks now? I’ve give up on predicting the future for this venture. All we can really do is hurry up and wait.
