With SEC Commission there is NO CHANCE. They will never admit defeat and are obligated to protecting their assets which does not include #DBMM or its investors.

It is now up to the OTC. The SEC is an afterthought. They had their turn and whiffed missing the mark completely for YEARS ! Inexcusable. Unacceptable. A day short and a few dollars too late.

Highly doubt the wheels will be greased now when $ billions are going to be laid to waste. It is my opinion they will continue to play games and watch from afar to reduce complicity in this matter. Like in the charge of the light brigade the SEC will deflect all responsibility in this matter even though it was their judge who rendered the decision.

Who cares what the SEC does? They are fully aware that this matter is no longer in their hands. CE removal is pending.
