Do your own DD but I starting comparing reports and found a huge increase in legal fees posted to the most recent report. Went from pretty much nothing to $7k+ this last quarter. Didn’t see any disclosure on the recent quarterly related to pending legal cases against the company that would require spending so much on legal. Simple Google search, I found a case against defendants Bravada, Muscleflex and Danny Alex for wrongful termination. Is Bravada being sued by an ex employee? Bravada’s attorney is one of the Applebaum according to docs I found. Same name on OTC as on docket for attorneys. The jury trial has been scheduled for June of 2023 according to the county records.
