You can hear a lot from his voice and conversation from his last conference call he had. He was pretty ticked about the SP and how the price continued to drop. I’m sure there is a frustration factor there where he thinks the SP ‘should’ have grown more organically and putting the company on a better trajectory. Whether that being selling some shares (White Lion) or maybe getting more favorable terms for loans and such. I believe he realizes (and I somewhat agree) the stock gets manipulated and played and he has no control over it. So yeah my thoughts are he’s pulling back on the thinking of the share holders a little and concentrating to get the big stuff done. Of course he’s made mistakes but he’s also not necessarily been executing on a timely fashion (whether that’s promises he made or what not). The onus is on him though and shame on him for not realizing (if this is the case) it since he’s been with the company for 10+ years.

I think Slops and maybe a few others are right in the complexities of brining in IST on to the books (assuming it was Q3). The other thing is the loss of VP Russ and the knowledge that may have been loss there with regards to reporting (just a guess).

Who knows. But thinking about the company and how he can get a crazy push to get out of sub penny is probably his goal. He’s still got a lot of work to do but personally I think he can do it. I don’t think there could be more shenagans through with the general share holders. As he has to think about the company.
As of now the revenues that come from IST ars just supporting their operations. There was no new revs coming in just yet. So the sp reflects this. Tuskegee (I think) will be the first catalyst that will change that. But here we sits.

In my opinion it’s December and we won’t hear much about new activity this late in the quarter / holiday season.

TPT will have pressure from notes converting (I think) and people selling for tax write offs. So January it’ll start back up. Just my opinion. Hoping that investment will come in handy to get things going (business plan). All imo
