And here we go, hate to say I told you so .....the reason for not closing on the 10 acres "oh because we found something better". That should have been the 1st choice as developing from scratch never made sense!!! This just suddenly appeared as an opportunity "excuse" on the last day.
These people are inept and scarily bad. This is the last day of Nov., the month they were supposed to close (which aint happening) and this is the cover story (don't ask about the 10 acres, look over here). This is a never ending playbook of excuses, delays, bad moves. I told you this was coming as I have seen this act for over a decade. Anyone want to bet the deal for the existing farm doesn't go through? Sorry there just is so much BS one can take.
