So, the headline blares that lecanemab is "a breakthrough(!!!)" yet one inch into the text we learn that it "has only a small effect and its impact on people's daily lives is debated."

Kind of reminds me of CNN's 'mostly peaceful protests' report in 2020, with fires raging in the background.
