I'm jealous since you have a kitchen and pantry that allows you to do a lot of baking.
I thought about doing a total remodel on the kitchen and moving the washer and dryer so instead I settled on an island which freed up a lot of counter space.
It got 2 thumbs down amongst the 3 of us and I said get over it. It works and I didn't have to spend $15K on an entire remodel.
I don't think I'll ever become the baker you are but I do want to try my hand at bread.
