I take issue with this statement. Drugs have to prove an efficacy vs risk balance. If you listen to any of the TV drug ads they list the side effects and many times that list includes "may be fatal" or "increase risk of death". Not exactly what I would consider "proven safe".

Safety is irrelevant because all drugs that make it to P2 or P3 have been proven safe.

If investing was easy, everyone would be rich by now.
