maybe, but why didn't they say so if that was the case? What authority does X have in saying it's maybe been in play for 2 years..well maybe it hasn't, and the fact that Lightwave didn't say anything about it now that it has been acquired suggests to me that they have not been working with it for 2 years...also if they HAD been working with it for 2 years, why are we just now hearing about it as being a potential stumbling block required to complete PDKs?

IF things are good, why don't they just say so? My default assumption is that if they don't say things are good, they aren't, because that has been the case year after year
