Because of the placebo effect, some in Group B imagined that they improved. "I THINK I'm better." When told that they had been taking the placebo and were offered the real drug, quite reasonably they would think some form of "Yes. I've got nothing to lose."

This is clearly the case. Even if you assume ALL of those getting active treatment continued then it would still be a 82% enrollment rate for placebo. Additionally, it's extraordinarily unlikely that ALL of those getting active treatment enrolled in the OLE.

A better differentiater might be to compare to the Phase 2a rate of enrollment...all of them had active treatment. I don't really remember it but think the rate was about the same as 94%. Maybe someone can fill in an actual number.
