There is a lot of short interest. They will try to take the stock down, scare away investors - cause them to sell in panic. Then they can cover their short on those shares that long investors sell.

Some of those who shorted will cover their short and go long. Then when the stock goes up on December 1, they can sell to the now angry longs who sold in panic.

This is a classic move by stock manipulators!”
