By going it alone it would be safe to assume that she has decided on 500,000,000 additional shares as she has no intention of raising the SP anytime soon. If they were at all interested in raising the SP they would have had their data in front of the large news outlets here in the US.
Looks like having an unending supply of shares that she can continue to finance out to the likes of FIFE would be their plan then. This would make sure that they keep the SP suppressed while diluting current retail into oblivion, all the while accumulating millions of options at low prices to cover themselves.
Does that sound about right or am I way off.
Just wondering why you think they intend on going it alone as that would be totally against retails interest and extend this out for a long long time. It would also allow copious amounts of shares to be traded on the open market allowing the so called shorts to cover and short endlessly. When will this endless dilution stop if LP has no intention of working with partners to get this to patients quicker.
