It is counter intuitive and just flat-out ridiculous to ask for proof of illegal activity by a bad actor. Proof of illegal NSS is an objective of the SEC, DOJ, FINRA and other regulators as a priority they are pursuing in 2022 onward—-diligently and relentlessly. Stay tuned.

However, Patterns of behavior constitute proof and shareholders are advised to do their own due diligence. Shareholders are satisfied with their DD.
