That's what made me sell after staying invested for over ten years. That AND the horrible sales numbers last quarter. There ARE SO MANY notes coming due in 2023. Family and others will be getting those discounted priced shares (50%) and the stock price will IMO be taking a hit on what they decide to do (sell). This is more and more looking like what I was afraid it was: A self rewarding stock accumulation strategy to profit at the expense of all other stockholders who had to purchase shares at full price. SAD!
