What makes you think they are not working on the BLA (and MAA/MIA)? This is a heavy duty document of a million plus pages and involves a lot of work. They did tell us they are preparing for submission and I would not expect to here about this until the submission has been accepted by the RA. As far as partnership is concerned, that is not around the corner quite yet as the SP is too low at the moment for any offers to be remotely close to a level to be acceptable, So this is yet months off until the various catalysts they are working on are done that will bring the SP into range so offers get to the level worth considering. So there will be MAA and MIA. perhaps some news on progress with Eden on automation, more acceptance by the overall market of the JAMA article, and more publications writing about it and the PIII trial results. More news about combo trials and patents and trials being prepared for Direct. There will be a lot of news in the coming month and the months thereafter.
The shorts are doing things out of desperation like this mornings dump of over 300,000 shares to depress the open - something that will not lasr very long as the buyers start to move in as they become aware of this gem.
Long term decisions should not be made on account of (very) short term news like the small drop this morning. Many good thing to come shortly. I would also watch for the coming lawsuit against the slander and naked shorting.
