That won't matter . INsurance companies will just substitute. The fact of the matter is insurance companies and their minion PBM's will just substitute generic EPA , no matter what the patented formulation. The US JUdiciary is UNABLE to protect patents, opening the floodgates for all types of generic substitution both in and out of pharmaceuticals
